God Kabir’s Eternal Message to Humanity
God Kabir, the Supreme God, descended to Earth in 1398 CE in Kashi (Varanasi) to deliver the ultimate spiritual knowledge to humanity. Appearing in the form of an infant on a lotus flower in Lahartara Pond, He later lived as a humble weaver (Dhaanak) to blend among ordinary people while sharing the highest truth. His divine words, filled with spiritual wisdom, are preserved in Kabir Sagar, the Guru Granth Sahib, and the Janam Sakhi Bhai Bale Wali.
The Core of Kabir Sahib’s Teachings
God Kabir’s message is universal and timeless. He revealed that the purpose of human life is to attain liberation (moksha) by returning to the eternal abode, Satlok, which lies beyond the realms of Kaal and creation. God Kabir taught that only a Tatvadarshi (God-realized) Saint can impart the correct Naam Mantra and guide souls on the true path. Without a true Guru, a seeker wanders endlessly in confusion and remains trapped in Kaal’s cycle. The living Guru is like a divine boatman who ferries the soul safely across the ocean of life.
