Is Jesus God or Son of God?

Concept of God in Christianity

If one reads the Bible, one learns that Jesus is addressed as Son of God. Yet, many believe that Jesus himself was God. The Bible draws a clear distinction between Jesus being Son of God and Father. These have been described as two separate entities. As far as the Holy Bible is concerned it is clear that Jesus is Son of God and is distinct to his Father. Because Jesus was granted powers by his Father God, at a few junctures in the Bible it has been claimed by Jesus that he and the father is one.

The biggest flaw in Christianity is that Jesus is seen as God. The truth however is that Jesus was a messenger of God. To shed further light on it, Jesus was sent by a God called Kaal Brahm on this earth. Jesus was sent from Vishnu Lok (from Lord Vishnu's place). Now this information of course won't be available in the Bible because only the Father God can reveal this secret. The Father God indeed has revealed this information via a separate scripture where it has been clearly mentioned about the status of Jesus being son of God and nothing more. You can read more on this at the end of the page.

The fact is that in the Christian Trinity, which explains about Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Jesus was the Son of God.

Jesus was Son of God

Jesus | Son of God

There are many verses in the Bible which talk about Jesus being son of God. Here are some of them which prove that Jesus was the Son of God who was sent to spread the message of one God.

Hebrews 1:5 - To which of the angels did He ever say, "you are my son, today I have begotten you"? And again, "I will be a father to him and he shall be a son to me"?

Hebrews 5:5 - In the same way, Christ did not take on himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father.

Matthew 3:17 - And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

Matthew 16:15-17

  • 15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
  • 16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
  • 17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven.

Matthew 17:5 - While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice out of the cloud said, "This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased; listen to Him!"

Mark 1:11 - and a voice came out of the heavens: "You are My beloved Son, in You I am well-pleased."

Mark 3:11 - Whenever the impure spirits saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, “You are the Son of God.”

Mark 9:7 - Then a cloud appeared and covered them, and a voice came from the cloud: “This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!”

Luke 3:22 - and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

Luke 20:13 - "The owner of the vineyard said, 'What shall I do? I will send my beloved son; perhaps they will respect him.'

John 1:49 - Then Nathanael declared, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king of Israel.”

John 11:27 - “Yes, Lord,” she replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

John 20:31 - But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

In these verses, it is explained that Jesus was sent by God to give the message of complete God. He was the son or messenger of God. The above verses prove that Jesus and Father God are two separate entities.

I and the Father are one

There is a verse in Bible where John has said the following.

John 10:30 - I and the Father are one.

Christians claim from this verse that Jesus is the father himself. However, this is untrue. Jesus has always claimed to be son of God. He had powers given by his father God by which he performed all the miracles.

This verse above is further elaborated by verses before and after this verse, in the same account, which imply that God had sent Jesus and given him powers to perform deeds / miracles. Please see the verses below.

John 10:25 - Jesus answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The works I do in my Father’s name testify about me, 10:26 but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. 10:27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 10:28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 10:29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.

John 10:30 - I and the Father are one.

John 10:36 - what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?

John 10:37 - Do not believe me unless I do the works of my Father.

John 10:38 - But if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”

10.38 clearly explains that as Jesus had powers from his father. He therefore made no distinction between himself and the father because he could perform miracles just like his father. However, the fact is that Jesus only had a fraction of powers of his father, but whatever he had, was enough to perform all the miracles.

God Kabir is the Actual Father God

God Kabir is the Supreme God who has given knowledge about himself via his nectar speech. God Kabir has given knowledge about all the prevalent Gods and deities such as Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva etc. The same scripture has given the knowledge about Jesus and also about Prophet Muhammad. Mentioned below are some verses from the Scripture by God Kabir which reveal the true identity and status of Jesus. (the scripture is in Hindi language and the verses are in couplet form).

Kabir Sagar, Mohammad Bodh, Jabroot, Mokam 3

Isa paigambar padhe kitaba, uska naam injeel kitaba.
Salamalek taha hm keena, dasta bos unhu uthi leena.
Tahwa baithe vishambhar rai, vahi peer to wahi khudai.
Yah vishnupuri hai bhai, yame bhi ek baikunth samai.
Vishnu hai yaha ka pardhana, sun mohammad gyan vigyana.

Muhammad Bodh Kabir Sagar

The above lines are from the speech of God Kabir and they clearly mention that Jesus had come from the world of Lord Vishnu. He was a pious soul who was sent on earth to propagate a new religion. Jesus therefore was not God. He was Son of God.

Conclusion:

Bible proves that Jesus is son of God, and Jesus and the Supreme God (Father Lord) are two separate entities. This is seconded by the speech of God Kabir.
