Gita 3.25

सक्ताः, कर्मणि, अविद्वांसः, यथा, कुर्वन्ति, भारत,
कुर्यात्, विद्वान्, तथा, असक्तः, चिकीर्षुः, लोकसङ्ग्रहम्।।25।।


Gita 3.25

SaktaH, karmni, avidvaansH, yatha, kurvanti, bharat,
Kuryaat’, vidwaan’, tatha, asaktH, chikeershuH, loksangrham’ ||25||

Translation: (Bharat) O Bharat! (karmni) in action (saktaH) attached/engrossed (avidvaansH) ignorant persons (yatha) as scripture-based actions (kurvanti) act/do (asaktH) free from attachment (vidwaan’) wise man also (loksangrham’) with the desire of making disciples, to gather people (chikeershuH) wanting to (tatha) above-mentioned action in accordance with the ordinances of the scriptures (kuryaat’) perform/do. (25)

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 3 Verse 25

O Bharat! As the ignorant persons attached to actions perform scripture-based actions, a wise man free from attachment should also perform the above-mentioned actions in accordance with the ordinances of the scriptures with the desire of making disciples wanting to gather people.

Gita 3.25 Meaning: God is saying that if uneducated people do sadhna according to the scriptures, then educated people should also follow that. This only will lead to the welfare of the world.
